By using the MYKeysNOW website or app and requesting automotive locksmith services through MYKeysNOW, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. MYKeysNOW Services
MYKeysNOW provides automotive locksmith services, including vehicle key replacement, key cutting, key programming, remote replacement, lockout assistance, and related automotive locksmith services.
Service availability, pricing, and completion times may vary depending on the vehicle, location, required equipment, parts availability, and other circumstances.
3. Service Requests
When you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, phone number, email address, service location, vehicle information, and other information needed to provide the requested service.
Submitting a request does not necessarily guarantee that a technician will be available or that the requested service can be completed.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes may be provided based on the information available at the time of the request. The final price may vary if the vehicle, key type, programming requirements, parts, labor, or other service conditions differ from the information originally provided.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the customer when reasonably possible before additional work is performed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must have the legal right or authorization to request locksmith services for the vehicle being serviced.
Customers may be asked to provide appropriate identification, proof of ownership, registration, or other documentation before certain locksmith services are performed.
6. SMS Text Messaging Terms
MYKeysNOW may send SMS text messages to customers who have provided express SMS consent.
SMS messages may include:
- Service request confirmations
- Quotes or service-related updates
- Appointment updates
- Technician assignment notifications
- Technician arrival notifications
- Other service-related communications

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

SMS consent is voluntary and must be provided through the separate SMS opt-in checkbox on the MYKeysNOW service request form.
The SMS checkbox is not pre-selected.
SMS consent is separate from consent to receive email communications or phone calls.
